The Loop 720 has three kinds of spacers available: red, green, and blue. Does anyone know the difference between them? The only thing I know is that red spacers are the most popular and come with the Japan version of the 720.

1 Red and 1 Blue is scientifically proven to be the best 720 spacer combination.

Where’s the science? 
I believe Shu Takada was using one red and one blue, but I could be mis-remembering… @AndreBoulay told me about it so I gave it a shot. That combo is the sweet spot.
