I have a question for @yoyospirit : could the black dye from the foam used in yoyo cases cause discoloring of a white powder-coated finish? I’m concerned about storing my white VTWO in a yoyo case.

Hmm most likely not. Think of the powder coat finish as basically being plastic. If it won’t discolor a plastic yo-yo, it probably won’t discolor the powder coat either.

This one is my first ever yo-yo I’ve completely turned from scratch. Wanted to go for a Pro-yo shape with a flared gap. Weight is around 59g with the caps on. Plays surprisingly well and is super comfortable in the hand. Also only has a little bit of vibe. Overall very happy with the outcome! Might make another that is a tiny bit heavier.

Just wanted to say, got the Dressel Designs Emotion said to be powder coated by you. It feels amazing. Love the contrast between the amazing polished cup to the textured catch zone. Its beautiful

Hubstacked and powder coated VsNYYC Ti Walker. It’s a shame this had quite a bit of vibe from the start I wasn’t able to tune out. I thought it turned out really well.

Got some 44Clash caps for that Severe I modded a while back. The hubstack post under has a hole through it so you can use compressed air to take the cap off without damaging it.
