My pop star and surge are responsive how do you "tune"a yoyo to be less responsive ??? ??? ???
Clean the bearings in acetone. There are plenty of tutorials on how.
The Surge and Popstar are unresponsive as shipped. Or should be.
Search YouTube or this forum for how to clean the bearings. I recommend acetone. Skip lubing or lube extremely sparingly.
Tuning is a different process.
