Well now, I guess it is time for me to get a new cat. Mine is old and basically just lays at my feet in the way. Doesn’t even care much except for the most mild curiosity. She likes when im changing yoyo string though, lol
When you got low to get the yoyo closer to the cat, I was so expecting you to miss a string and ding the yoyo.
This used to be me and Marmalade. Now he just looks at it unamused. But he will walk up to me and head but my legs and do his normal stuff. But yo-yo, he’s only interested now when the string dangles on its own

Our Cat does the same thing. Looping is the best, she’ll swat at it with every loop lol.
Yoyoing with my cat. He doesn’t really jump and chase it cuz he’s fat and lazy, but he almost always comes out and lays by me when he hears me throwing.

My cat is too old to care, but my one-year-old nephew responds basically the same way as a cat.
