Hey, I don’t know any software, but prototypeguy on the “other large forum” helps create awesome yoyos for people. He is the genius behind Big Brother Yoyos. I sent a PM of a link to him. I hope this helps. I’ve seen some yoyos he’s made for people and they look great and supposedly play great.

String Theory Yoyos uses this software and it is supposedly affordable.
i use a software called rhino cad. there is a free version allowing 25 saves. takes a bit of getting used to. but its good.
When I am bored and feel like sketching, SolidWorks is the way to go.
So you send him specs and stuff and he’ll get it made for you? Can you PM me so I can get some more details
