My test Butterfly cap stickers came in, and they look great. I need to get a Butterfly to slap them on, because I don’t want them on my purple one

Ok, who is going to talk me out of Bricking my MR85 Bearing in my Spinworthy/MK1 Red Blood Cell for fixed Axel February?

Part of me feels a little bad that my bearing yoyos wont get any play in February.

But then my Fixies wont get any Play in March.

It balanced out right? Right?

It all comes out in the wash! I really like my fixie RBC, I will say.

i wont stop you bud sounds like a great idea if you have a spare

I’ll talk you INTO it!

Play with it in a different room where your fixies can’t see what you’re doing and judge you.

I’m thinking I’ll take wayne’s advice and like the layer infinity Kasm print some bearing locks for my various non fixies I still want to play with. I imagine a bearing lock for an mr85 bearing would be super easy.

This way I don’t have to glue things

I’ve been having a bunch of fun printing rims for my mod44 and don’t want to have to set it aside for a month. Similarly my rbc could be a fun fixie.

That sounds like something you should definitely do. I think I have a spare laying around from the time I lost half of an Origen. And I’ve never bricked a bearing. It sounds fun.

YOU talked ME into it :rofl::rofl:

If you take on the project, I would like to sign up for a MR85 lock!

I’ve got an extra I’ll send you to brick. Don’t kill the one that came with it.

Oh… If I do brick a MR85… I could also swap it into the Origen and the Harbinger for FAF…

Bearing locks looking even better now…

This is more the lines I was thinking. Because I was indeed wanting to try my RBC as a fixie.

I was thinking about 1 or 2 tiny o rings to act as locks

That’s true. I like the bearing lock idea better but, as no one I know has a 3d printer, I’ll have to stick with the brick! Haha

That being said, @Captrogers, if you start making them and is feel like distributing them, I’d happily buy every size you make. I want to try everything as a fixie
