A shame we won’t be getting an “official” yo-yo with an engraving, but I did make my previous hacked design into holographic stickers!
Like all my other stickers, they come in 3x3, 4x4, and 5x5.

This could become “the actual” most Boomer-y yoyo. I can put out there what I think would be amazing and I’m not sure if there’s anything like it or not. Something aluminum similar in shape to a Tigershark weighing in around 55-56 grams with an A bearing. That fills organic…high wall…modern responsive. Very Boomerish. I’m sure there are many other ideas though.

I think the best process for this is to have the club pick a few members to be the committee to help me design it. There jobs would basically be to interpret what most members want without a long series of polls that gets everyone a vote. Usually end up with a watered down idea that way

That’s awesome. I like the idea of us choosing a few delegates to design “the” boomer yoyo. (meeting needs to call to order with nominees and voting)
Also feels fitting that it’s a G2 yoyo.

I think the most boomer thing would be to start a new thread calling for nominees for designing the boomer yoyo and then if we get a bunch calling a vote on said nominees most likely self nominated no need to give someone work they don’t want. Then off to the races. It would be somewhat fair in deciding who reps the group while following a methodology that at least feels sound.
