Not sure I want to sell it yet, but I may decide to get a second Laser in which case I’d probably sell it.
It’s an awesome yo-yo for sure but it’s best for 1A, which I don’t do that much, and I have to be really careful when I do use it because I want to keep it in mint condition. So it’s kind of limiting compared to my other throws. I’ve probably thrown it a total of maybe 4 - 6 hours? Something like that.

^Seen mint canvases sit on BST for $150, I think Electric Bacon is a rare colorway for a Canvas, but thats what I see it selling for, maybe a bit more?

^ A mint or Near mint regular Bassalope on here was quoted at $90, I would say mint or NM FG’s would be around $60-65, so I came to $45-55 for the damage, maybe $60 if you wait for a collector, but then again he wont want FG or damage.
stickman’s Raw KLR, M10, Majesty, and Prestige: $300 for the set or $80 ea
^ I know someone said $100ea, but Im going by the mint anoed ones going for just under $100, so I think raw is a bit less than the anoed ones. Correct me if Im wrong…

Carsonell, I’d have yo agree with you on all those appraisals. Maybe a touch more on the Laser, though. Saw one side snatched up immediately on the BST for $170.
And no one really seems to want that electro Ava. Raw is raw, folks. I’d say around $80 for it.
Maybe you could help me… I think its worth more to me than other people’s value, got this back in 2008 and havent seen another one since…Im sure its worth way more to me than anyone else, but just checking. Put on my BST but will most likely take it off depending on the appraisal.
Unengraved Hardcoat 2008 888, I think its a Hate Hate Hate that is unengraved? Im not entirely sure… Super Near mint, most people would say mint but one tiny scuff that I cant picture. The rim on one side looks a bit different but its just cosmetic, that is totally how it came, dead smooth even on stacks!

Nah, its more like this color… The right one looks closer to the color, its a bit darker but left ones are quite a bit lighter…The guy that traded me called it a “Hardcoat 08 888”

I remember way back in the day I traded my mint Lillith Project for this, was before the Project was officially released so a LONG time ago. Got ALOT of offers (like 20!) and this was my favorite one. I know 888’s arent what they used to be, but I still like it and I havent seen anyone else with one like this.
I’ve only seen black hardcoats. That looks like 2 unengraved yoyopeople halves to me. Might want to see if it’s custom by double checking with yoyofactory directly.

Hmm the one on the right, correct? That could possibly be true, it 64.something grams so on par with the 08 weight. Mine however looks like its in the middle of both of those tones. You could be right though, or maybe it was a test ano or something. It doesnt say “B-Grade” on it what so ever so Im sure its not just a random unreleased B-Grade. I think it was possibly released in very limited quantities. I should have asked him where he got it, that would have been nice to know!
So PM YoyofactoryBen and ask him about this 08 888? Send him the pictures, tell him I was thinking it was an unengraved Boxthor HateHateHate possibly, someone else said it could possibly be an unengraved Yoyopeople 08 888, but I have no idea what it is and help would be awesome.
I remember the guy telling me it was “hardcoat” but that was over 6 years ago, so Ill let you know if Ben has an answer and what he says. Thanks.

The one on the right looks a bit like an Aussie 888. Does yours have a high wall?
If I remember correctly the one I posted a pic of is a hard coat. It was a YYN “hidden” item. Had to have the link in order to find it. Pretty sure it was billed as a hard coat.

There was a small run of that gunmetal sort of hard coat. I don’t recall any of them for sale so they may have all gone to team members. I have a b grade one.

Maybe that is what it was. Let me check to see if its a highwall… nope its not. Im pretty sure its an 08, its got the 08 weight, and the 08 axle system (you can unscrew it, its not jammed in there).
Ill email ben, do you guys think it could possibly be the “hidden item” on YYN? That would be pretty cool if it was! Not that rarity = value in this case but I bet there arent that many of them!
My bet us in what nathan said. He’s very knowledgeable in this kind of stuff since he’s an avid collector and part of team yoyojam. He normally talks with everyone so you may just have an unreleased hardcoat 888. I know they did black proto hardcoat 08 888’s that were not B grade because pyrotechnic collects them. It wouldn’t be surprising if they did an even more limited grey run that was only given to the team.
Its Nathan Crissey then? I remember him judging at PNWR =). How many of these do you think were made? And I know that 888’s (esp outside of 2007) arent worth what they used to be but Im guessing a collector might see the value a bit more than other people.
What would you say its worth?
If it’s mint and does turn out to be an unreleased hardcoat I’d probly go as high as $120 but could end up as low as $80.
