i would think around $850… it is one of the best playing and sought after second runs. some second runs have gone for more, but i think you could get a buyer at that price.
recently traded a MIB OG 54 for a Mint CLYW Chief
Probably 125 – 140 USD.
It’s from a re-run that came 3 years later, so as you would expect, the original run splashes are much rarer and command a higher price.
This rarely affects a yoyo’s value.
curious on these jos, any ideas on value ?
Mint no vibe CLYW Chief in Yozakura (i think?)
Not so mint, very light vibe G2 x A-RT Life (not sure if it’s an AL7 or what)
I think chiefs are becoming the new peak so it’s kind of name your price. I would price it at $250 but I’m sure people would tell you more.
Also that life looks like it’s from one of the original runs sold through art. I would probably put it in the $130ish range.
Looking to see what a fair price for this as a bundle is.
Markmont Classic Magnum Opus
Asora V3 blue
Wizard
Luftverk 000 AL
I was told the MMCMO is rare because the gold pyramatte was a limited color. So not sure but the price I was given when I got it was 150$
I think it’s at least worth noting that the MCMO came with markmont flats, and yours has micro caps in it. I feel like missing the SE would take a good chunk out of potential value.
Ah. It initially came with black spikes when I got it. I put these in because it seemed like they were the closest thing I had to the originals. OD is selling MM flats right now for 15$. I can’t imagine it would hurt the value more than that?
They’re a relatively uncommon side effect. And I think that people getting them mixed up with regular flats only makes them even more awkward to seek out.
Is there actually a difference other than the listing saying it’s Marks? Just curious
So weird that I never saw this being announced when the mcmo was released! I only realised when they started selling markmont flats as a separate thing!
Just had to grab my MCMO, had no idea these were different - fun
I thought there was one restock where they came with ultra light SE’s. I have a gold one (I guess actually yellow crush?) that I bought a while ago from someone on this site and it came with UL’s. When I checked Markmont’s shop with photos from that particular drop showed UL’s. Not sure if I can post the link: Markmont. Classic Magnum Opus Restock — Markmont.
MCMO batch 2 was certainly advertised (and AFAIK shipped) with ULs.
These are posts on IG:
MCMO Batch 2 - July 23, 2022
MCMO Batch 2 - July 25, 2022
But for Batch 1 the same is true for Markmont Flats.
MCMO Batch 1 - May 29, 2021
And once you know what to look for, they appear on promotional photos of every one of the FRS series too:
FRS Black Canon (ULs on some colors)
FRS Project 2
FRS Blunder Bus
But prior to @mable pointing it out, the different flat caps escaped my notice, despite owning all of these yo-yos.,
Here are a few others I could use an appraisal on:
- Clyw Bonfire Colorway: 28 stories
- Clyw Chief Colorway: Harrison Hurricane
- Clyw Avalanche colorway: Salt n pepper
Note: I think it’s got the colorway names correct. If im wrong feel free to correct me.
Update: Thanks for the DMs and all who are interested, but im not looking to sell any of these. Just looking for an appraisal
Timeless Cygnus. Hand painted. If it’s mint, i’d say $100~150 for each. 100% made in Brazil.
