I mainly throw lefty. I throw righty also, just not AS good. not bad. just not to the level i am with my left. I seperated my left shoulder last year so i was forced to learn righty. i couldnt simply just NOT throw at all…lol. Definitely helped for 3a 
I’m right handed and I just got a huge cut on my middle finger now I have to use my left hand to throw. I gonna start 3a when my hand heals

My question is… How do you get out of it?? With one hop?? Or 3 knots to go through?? Lol
drop off the throwhand pointer and it collapses into a GT that has a weird wrap and you simply hop out the front like a normal GT
