WTB/WTTF: Borealis 1 - FT: Borealis 1

Located in the US, but only until November, help me find a Borealis 1 in a colorway I don’t hate before I leave! I’m willing to buy it, or trade for it.

Solid colors very heavily preferred, but I’m at the point where I’ll consider other colors as well. I don’t care at all about condition of yours. Mine has a couple tiny pinpricks but is smooth.

That colorway is sick!! How’s the blur autoscopy I’ve been wondering how it plays forever

Powerful, stable, easy to control. I generally prefer very narrow yoyos because they feel like they’re easier to maneuver through tight string formations, and I value narrow width for this feeling far more than smaller diameter. Especially because I like the performance benefits of going bigger diameter.

I like the Blur Autoscopy a lot but it competes with the Turning Point Entangle lineup for me which are yoyos I really like a lot. I know a lot of people don’t like using the Entangle lineup for 1A because the yoyos just feel too heavy and sluggish for them, but the low total weight of the Blur Autoscopy keeps it from feeling heavy or slow. And I think this makes the Blur Autoscopy far more palatable to most players.

The Blur Autoscopy doesn’t feel light, it just feels very normal while leaning towards feeling powerful. It’s got a good presence on the string still, and this combined with the narrow width being a benefit for being easier to maneuver through more dense formations with less need for string separation means you’re getting a very controllable more tech-focused yoyo.

I don’t think it’s a yoyo that’ll stand out to anybody for having some special type of play feel. I think it’s a yoyo that more stands out because people will look at the specs, play the yoyo, and then be shocked at how a yoyo this narrow/light can feel so powerful and easy to play.
