I baught one of the $155 wild mystery boxes for black friday. I havnt received any tracking info or even the yoyos themselves. Im just curious as to who all has? When I look on their webcite they dont have a working customer service page, and when I message the wild official page on IG they send me a screen shot of what could be a random shipment en route to anywhere. Is anyone else having issues with their orders?
Yeah i ordered a mystery box and a couple other things on black Friday and don’t have any shipping info either. I actually just sent them an email about it today
I ordered a box on 11/28, and it got here on 12/6. I did receive tracking, but it never worked for me. I hope you are in that window, and this helps. I’ve seen a couple others get delivered as well.

I didn’t order the BF mystery bag but have ordered from them before. It takes a while but they do deliver. They responded very promptly to email when I contacted them.
Ordered a b grade box on 25/11/25, it was shipped out on 1/12/25, then I received it on 6/12/25. Tracking worked the whole time, with no major issues.
I’ll wager these packages are almost to everyone. The timelines of international orders can get a little screwy sometimes.
Yeah im sure they’ll eventually get here but the main thing i have an issue with is not providing tracking to people on their orders. Its pretty standard now days and can be automated. If its one or two people out of the bunch I could understand but theres several of us left in the dark and thats just not cool.
