It keeps on changing noises and the axle is starting to wobble

What do you mean? The noises could be from the bearing breaking in or getting debris in it. I don’t know about the axle.
It happens.
Some times when yoyo’s do this you have to just keep playing and it will go away or you might have to put lube in it.
