Where do you look to see a trick?

Do you first look at what the hands are doing? Or how the string moves? Or where the YoYo moves

yes. its all impirtant and needs to be noted. sometimes a trick won’t click till you notice that one hand position or you realize youre hitting the wrong string, etc.

Where do you look in a video

lots of tutorials available, plus the trick a week thread here is amazing, fun, and run by awesome helpful folks. i found that even if you can’t quite get a whole trick, you can’t help but learn useful elements along the way
