Yoyorecreation Blink Prototype, blasted body with raw cups. By no means valuable or sought after, but I’ve never seen any others so I guess it’s rare enough.

While I’ve let go of a lot of yoyos recently, this one won’t go anywhere. Ever.

Back in early 2009, I told @caribouchris I was getting married and we discussed getting some throws made for my groomsmen with our wedding colors (sage green and robin’s egg blue)

Chris hooked it up and gave these to me as HIS wedding gift to Bri and I to be able to treat our friends to these.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen this colorway replicated since then (on any yoyo, not just CLYW) and whenever I hold it, look at it, or play with it, I’m transported back to Bri and I’s engagement period and it’s a cool reminder of our love, and all the things that drew us together.

Saturday 05/17 @colorsfromlight and I celebrate 5 years of marriage. It’s the most difficult thing I’ve ever done… But I wouldn’t trade all of the ups and downs for anything

It’s funny that something as simple as a metal toy can bring it all rushing back.

Feeling very grateful today.
