So I was having problems editing a post until I realized there was also a modify button at the top. What is the one at the bottom supposed to do? It just shows a green loading bar and doesn’t do anything for me.

I don’t see one at the bottom. All I see is one at the top of a post. Post a screen shot showing it.
Are you sure you aren’t looking at the Notify button?
I don’t see that. It looks like a split screen. What browser are you using or is that a phone app?
