i see alot of people saying that ceramic bearings are better than aluminium? is that true? what is the difference?
I’ve never seen an aluminum bearing.
As for ceramic vs. steel bearings, it’s really a choice thing. The performance increase, if any, comes at a large price premium.
does cereamics increase spin time?
Since I’ve tried most all of them, I would tell you how great ceramic bearings are but I have yet to find one that makes me feel that way. I could give you some very descriptive words on how they play, but you would have to pm me for that seeing how there are some younger folks here that frequent the forum ;D
Not a fan!
I prefer the KonKave ceramic to any other bearing i have tried. It isnt cheap tho. Other bearings i have used are ctx, yyf, yyf gold, od 10ball. The ceramic seems to be smoother and have a longer spin time.
Everything is subjective tho. Others might have a totally different expierence with ceramic.
