Okay, well a freestyle is the generic term for your routine in any division of a contest. In most smaller contests like state contests they will have freestyles in 1A and then open freestyles.
Open freestyles are 2A, 3A, 4A, and 5A combined into one category for a contest. It is sometimes a bad format because 5a and 3a throwers usually rack up points easier than 4a and 2a throwers.

Open is a division of freestyles. Freestyles in general, as you know, are the routines we do at contests. As ATL said, the smaller contests have a 1a freestyle and an open freestyle in which you do either 2a, 3a, 4a, or 5a.
