David has confirmed that essentially they don’t want to make more because they are too dangerous. I doubt it’s liability is an issue, I’ve seen plenty of people get black eyes from just playing with a yoyo normally and none of them are clamouring to sue yoyo companies (then how would skateboards exist?) , but I think they’d rather not contribute to people getting hurt.

Hm, maybe they will make a run of flat caps or ultralights with this pattern engraved. Not as good as real thing I suppose but still would be cool.
