It’s a new colorway, not a new yoyo. 
The yoyo literally says titanium on it in that picture though. Either way its a cool color. Or perhaps you just mean its a new color of the titanium yoyo since its not necessarily a new model.
It may be an updated Ti Krown?
I haven’t made a spec comparison.
But I have ‘a few’ Ti Krowns and it just seems to be a Ti Krown with a pretty exotic looking finish on it.
Regardless, the Ti Krown is a Top shelf yoyo.
