Go and learn the trick “Gondola”.
Take that, add an over slack to the VERY beggining, get into the last triangle, turn your body and drop the triangle.
Step 2: pray.
Learn it without the behind the back element first. Its very easy, and he actually does that in a lot of contests. Once you get it down, try it behind your back. I’ve landed it a good 10 times or so.
