I got my first spin top this week. I can get it spinning in a frisbee on the ground and I’m working on boomerang now.

Aside from just how awesome it feels to get a good spin… there is something just amazing about that little Alice. It’s nice to see some new people taking an interest in the tops. Getting new tops recently has renewed my interest in them… that and finding a place to throw them in my house without hardwood to damage or deep carpet. 
I don’t so much have a particular trick I’m working on as much as just playing. But it satisfies me.

I’m claiming this as a unique trick (or combo). I’ve seen El tobogán into martillos but not into spider webs. Call me out if I’m full of 
though lol. I’ll call it araña tejedora. It’s a fast half precession regen like joker choker, so you can keep on going

(No sound, sorry) This is a good opportunity to introduce myself on this Spin Top forum. My name is Arthur, I’m a former sponsored athlete of a yoyo and spin top company here in Brazil. I used to perform at events more frequently, but I quit and decided to pursue a solo career. I have more experience with yoyos than with spin tops, but I hope you enjoy what little I know how to do.
