i have been experimenting with dry soaking my strings so they will have no break in period,
wondering what i should use for these as i typically use heated gelatin based fabric softener

You can try hair conditioner

The string that came with my UNPRLD recognition smelled really good like cologne. Someone on here said the company that makes the string uses fabric conditioner/softer on them.

Let us know how this goes for you and what’s working. Those strings look sick. I’m not twisting my own but I have some strings that take forever to break in and would be curious to try something to hurry that process along.

i found that glycerin based softener breaks it in and tightens it up a bit
