@Jhonaker did your Recog have this weird ano speckle on it?

@Jhonaker indicated it was the same with his so I don’t know if asking for a replacement would be worthwhile if they are all like that. Apart from that though it’s an incredible yo-yo, I just think if this is an issue with the ano for this batch it’d be nice to know ahead of time.
Definitely won’t stop me from buying from UNPRLD again just a little disappointing.

Mine does have it as well. I just took another look at it and it seems a lot more subtle than you picture. It looks like overspray like spraypaint. On mine it is all over even the lighter green looks like really fine yellowish spots.

The Sugar Glider is very nice. You need to make sure you at least get a side effect yoyo to really experience One Drop.

The Recog is fantastic though. Definitely feel the weight on the initial throw but after that it has this fantastic momentum in play that pushes through one element to the next. Incredibly fun to play with.

The recog is great. It feels like it spins wayyy longer than it should or as expected. Its deffinitely one of my favorites so far.

November first every year. I’ve given up, not a battle worth fighting. She also celebrates her birthday for 10 days starting a day early, which is my birthday and the only day of the year we eat Chinese.

Me and the missus are 4 days apart so we just make it a week-long celebration. But ours is mostly trying our best to do as little as possible and relax. Not super possible with the toddler we now have, but it was great for a long time. Right after our birthweek (sept. 4-8) I start declaring that it is almost Christmas, and getting the songs stuck in both of our heads. Tree doesn’t go up til black Friday though.

Cold brew plays powerfully, and the hand-feel with the projection profile is a real treat. It hits kinda hard though, like the outer edge of the rim is just a bit too pointy. I’m a big stickler for impact softness so it’s probably not an issue for most people.

How do you feel about the edge on the Harbinger?
Both the spinworthys have the same edge there - it’s a bit pointy to me. I contacted Glen and it’s intentional to preserve the crisp aesthetic of the flat faces of the yoyo.
I’m still playing them hard with the expectation that they’ll soften over time. If not I’m gonna sand it a bit. It’s not as sharp as say, the steel/aluminum interface on the UNPRLD Flash, which has quite a bite to it.
