Cold brew plays powerfully, and the hand-feel with the projection profile is a real treat. It hits kinda hard though, like the outer edge of the rim is just a bit too pointy. Iām a big stickler for impact softness so itās probably not an issue for most people.

How do you feel about the edge on the Harbinger?
Both the spinworthys have the same edge there - itās a bit pointy to me. I contacted Glen and itās intentional to preserve the crisp aesthetic of the flat faces of the yoyo.
Iām still playing them hard with the expectation that theyāll soften over time. If not Iām gonna sand it a bit. Itās not as sharp as say, the steel/aluminum interface on the UNPRLD Flash, which has quite a bite to it.

The pointiness doesnāt bother me at all, but I can certainly see what you mean. I have some kind of block with making softer edges. It really changes the aesthetic dramatically.
Iāll have to work at releasing something softer.

Nailed it!
Iāve only tried a few Ziplinesā¦and Hulkenstein is my favorite so far! After some breaking in, it becomes nice and soft and feels and plays great!

Man! Itās kind of hard to say as I just got it today so Iām totally in that whole āITāS THE BEST THING EVER!ā honeymoon period hahaā¦
But seriously, this thing feels special. Itās got everything Iām looking for in a yo-yo. It looks great, it performs great, and it feels great!
And itās dang fun to throw! Some of my throws (like my Banshee and Endgame) are amazing throwsā¦but theyāre pure business. Theyāre my highest performing yo-yos, but they arenāt the funnest to play. Not sure how to explain that so Iām not even going to try!
Then I have some yos that are much funner to throw around but donāt provide the pure performance.
This thing is right in the middle. Itās got the high performance with all the fun with it. Another yo that sits in this category that I own is the Basecamp Expeditionā¦high performing, and just an absolute joy to play with.
Like I said, itās new to me so itās got that āOH! SHINNY NEW TOY! _/loveā thing goingā¦but I have a strong feeling this will become one of my faves. A daily throw. Something I carry around with me.
Iāve added some dang nice throws to my collection this monthā¦and sorry for stepping on some toes here (
), but this is the one Iām initially most impressed with so far.

Thats awesome man! Honeymooning or not, I love seeing people get this happy about yoyos or yoyoing. Thats what itās all about after all!
