Obviously more power but besides that it’s very stable. Really nice to maneuver and rejections are great. The extra power lets it power right past the delrin surface without much noticeable speed scrub. Need more time but so far really digging it.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to describe the Haymaker Al… I haven’t tried anything that I could say it plays like but impressions so far are… very nimble and maneuverable, feels lighter than it’s weight would suggest. Spins good enough and also has pretty good stability. The finish is SO SMOOTH to the touch and it’s got a comfortable feel. All in all I feel like this is a comfort/performance blend and it does a nice enough job of it.

I would like to say thank you to everyone in the YYE community and the yoyo world in general for making these sales possible. I was recently going through some problems at my old abusive job, so after being fired and receiving my severance pay, I decided to buy some yoyos so I can get back to practicing yoyo as a form of therapy and relaxation. There have been a lot of releases this year. Some of them that crazy prices in my opinion. I’m trying to stick with the boutique creators like Turner return, returnbottoms, blumi, MK1 and others
I just feel like if I’m going to spend my money I want to give these people my money and not some of these Baker companies

The Laguna 67 arrived today. Took a chance on it because I wasn’t a huge fan of the original Laguna. I had to see what the extra weight felt like. I definitely prefer this version over the original. Much better spin times and it feels a lot more substantial in hand. Still a bit wider than I’d like but definitely more playable to me.

Moved back to germany a couple of days ago and obviously went to the toy store in the first like 24 hours back. Got my first kendama and my first throw with hubstacks there.
