Mini Ti Koi
Forget adding C bearings to minis and go straight for the D. I feel D bearings and Minis were meant to be. It plays a lot better than I was expecting for a mini organic. Its also way more stable than I thought it would be. YoyoFriends did a great job. I think it’s better than the TiNy they made a few years ago.
Edit: Forgot to mention I did clean the bearing because it had too much lube in it for me. So you might have to throw it for a while to break it in or just clean it like I did. Also it doesn’t have much of a ping like other full size titaniums do. I think this is because the size and thickness of the rims.

My Sleep Machine made it’s return yesterday! @Slestak75 saved my butt. I bought my Sleep Machine earlier this year for more than I normally spend on a yo yo, but I never could get the gap adjustment/string to where it responded right. Got to talking about it and Steve offered to take a look at it. He had it figured out immediately. Turns out the gap adjustment system was backing itself out, making it go unresponsive… The bearing is performing smoothly and the string he put on it is very nice. Now it’s not only my best looking yo yo, but my best playing as well! Can’t thank him enough. Oh yeah. Soon after it came, I landed my first Chopsticks thumb mount with it, so I’ve been trying to land some more…

I like it. Its definitely a lot less grabby than raw. Great for grinds and hiding light scratches etc. I have a few other titaniums I would like to try DIY stonewashing.
