The Yoyofactory JDS Boss. Small amount of playing time but very nice. Great for chopstick style. Also very smooth, stable, a bit of speed and easy to move around. So far very happy. And it’s a bump and not concave center of cup. With a lip for those that grind. Love this size of yoyos.

Do you have an 888 to do comparison with?

Yes, I do. I haven’t played with the 888 in quite some time. But, I would take this over the 888. I’ll look for the 888 and play back to back just to verify.
Edit: this and the 888 are very similar in play. I could see it as a more modern 888. Wider and able to get more string wrap. If you like the 888 I would think you would be happy with the JDS Boss.

I don’t have a ton of experience with wide yoyos, but I’ll try lol
It definitely is lighter than I expected, annd pretty floaty. and ofc it’s SUPER easy to catch on the string. It feels kinda weird in the hand, but it’s super wide (obviously), and I found myself catching it on two strings a couple times, but less than I thought. Other than that It plays really well and I definitely have gained Ben’s trust!
The second widest I have compared to this is the edge beyond, wich is pretty wide, but it’s nothing compared to this

Never played a Summit, but I’m really loving the Freesolo. Came with one pad for some reason lol. Also got a Mega Monster which is pretty cool, feels like a mini soda can in your hand.

A-May-zing haul and a One Drop surprise. Kommune was b grade for ano flaw under the IGR and the Superstar has a bump from bottoming out the axle. Both smooth. Really like the Kommune despite not being a hippy or a Kommie.

Firecracker came yesterday. Been enjoying playing unresponsive with it. Reminds me of a Yelets, large Dingo and a slim dunk all mixed together. Pretty rad!
