This week was sort of a relapse for me (been trying to focus more on playing than acquiring), but the Emotion and Mijo poly were too much for me to resist. On the hopefully less compulsive side of things, I’ve wanted the Throw Key for a while and saw that it was available with the Mijo. And lastly I wanted a different color 720 so I could better see when the yoyo isn’t flipping (and am surprised how often seemingly smooth loops are not flipping).

I really like the low walls of the YoyoFriends Vulture, so I was hoping that I’d also like the Rain City Skills Yonami Code. It looks like it’s taken that H-shape to an extreme, and it actually feels that way too since there’s so much room in there! It’s also under 55mm and nice and light, so I’ve been having an absolute blast throwing it. I’ve been able to do some pretty good finger spins on it, and it seems to circle really nicely around the Lego hub. Finger grinds are fantastic too - it spins so long that I’m going to have to think of some other things to do after the grind instead of binding right away.

people of a certain persuasion would never use smokescreens for plausible deniability lol. what exactly is the joke? there’s no trans fats? that is a joke? especially when the rest of the packaging considers itself to be oh so funny. lol

One obvious problem with the quote above…
He never said he didn’t like the performance of the products.
He is boycotting them because he doesn’t care for their tarnished reputation based on various assertions against them and for the questionable company they keep.
….If a guy makes the Best hamburgers in town but when he is not working, he hangs with some Badd people that have questionable reputations, a devoted customer may decide to never go to that restaurant again. But that doesn’t mean he is going to give up eating hamburgers.
He may just try to come up with his own version of an amazing hamburger using certain aspects of that guys’ famous burgers.
Bruce likes the products…… He just declines to financially support people of questionable reputation in his opinion.
I see no conflict here.

Wow! I recently picked up a couple of ILYYs and I was super impressed. The middle one on the bottom row looks like the same AbysmAL that I selected, but what’s the one to the left of that? Is it the Abyss? It looks like the same cup shape, which I really like. And is the top right the dotE1NS?
