I’ve only thrown it around for about 15 minutes, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Yes, it does play like an organic that has relatively good spin and stability. The feel of the surface is weird in a good way. It’s heavier in the hand than I expected, but I got used to it pretty quickly. It’s not love a first throw, but I suspect this one will really grow on me as I play it more.
I thought I was hot stuff finding a Duncan Wheels and Mosquito, this takes the cake!! What a find.
Which Turning Point is this one?
It’s the Mgska
I thought it was just the angle had me a bit confused. Awesome throw!
Oh my, this thing is so pretty it’s turned me right into a monkey!

@GWAY_Throws Regulator with Alphaline. I tried Kitty 1.5 nylon and it was getting tangled out at the end of the wind and making all sorts of complex knots. Probably more the way I play at the moment than the string itself, but with Alphaline, all is good. The Regulator is nice and stable and has the shape/width that I found easy to land where I was aiming well.
Good looking yoyo! Loving the brown!
“It was hard to decide on a color.” -me and everyone pretty much every time they buy a yo-yo
…and yeah, the nice brown and the spike and that outer line around the inside remind me of some G2s, but the wavy cup (and spike) are very GWAY.
I had an amazing mail day thanks to @RC_yo-yo! I order the bamboo fixed axle in the first photo. He said he would throw in the stand.
The second photo is all that arrived.
Two counterweights, another small fixed axle yoyo, and some string.
Thanks very much Rob.
Thanks to @GoYoYuRu I got another mint duplicate of my favorite throw.
Another unique mail day for me.
My first spinworthy. Cookies and cream.
It looks larger in the photos. But it is a perfect fit for my hand. And plays really nice.
Fits in my pocket, and plastic, so I can use it outside here in Canada.
Most of the year
Stoked!
Thanks @Glenacius_K.
What is it?
Triple Double! You can actually see the name hidden in the engraving above the axle hub (which I literally just noticed). They also mentioned the name in the “What Are You Throwing” thread
Thank you again. It’s great knowing that something I made is out there being enjoyed.
