I have mine as responsive as I can get it and still have it sleep. I put turbo discs on it and I have the response turned up quite a bit.
@zslane do you want me to dig you out some? it may have been only the sb2.2 that were sent with turbo discs at that time, hence why there were not any…
hmu!
You can add a drop of thick lube. The TK booklet recommends a pin drop of 3 and 1.
Always like playing the TK SB2, the original modern responsive. Mine is set up with Turbo Disk, but I’m playing Slick 6 instead of 100% Cottons that come in the bag.
Man, all these SB2’s on here make me want to dig mine out!
Does anyone else think that the gap adjustment tool and variable gap is really neat?
Literally
thats the biggest yoyo ive ever seen.
i’ve got some other really nice throws but I keep coming back to this one. I love the size, shape and feel of the Magpie.

Throwing the Luftverk Ultima. The weight suits me and the coating on it is really nice. Best to all.
I love that throw too.
oh la la nice modular I was gonna say makenoise (graphics look similar), but it’s not, eh?
Look Mum No Computer’s KOSMO PCB/Panel sets - unfortunately not sold as kits, but easy enough to source parts for!
I can’t say that the Unspoken Murmur blew me away from the start but for some time now I have been playing it with Yoyo String Lab Ammo string which works just perfectly with it. It is possibly my favourite yoyo and string combo, it just feels so right and I am in love.
I have the overdrive draupnir too and the Ultima is a little lighter in weight which I like. But, the overdrive is one I go back to a lot.
