Dude thats the truth, I had my eye on the Koi for a while but wasn’t sure I was going to get it even if it came back in stock. As soon as I saw that colorway I knew I had to get it, was smashing the refresh button on restock day in order to not miss it. Pretty sure I bought the first one as soon as they released lol
I wish I could get my hands on a purple Koi.
The purple one is a really nice shade of purple! Hopefully you find one, its a fantastic throw.
After I decided I couldn’t completely kick the hobby …I got super lucky getting a couple of my all time favorites. So I’ve been giving them much love!
@d4nnyb0yy @Apadil1
Big guys.
What’s the grey one?
Looks like a OD VTWO or an Elite or a Banshee lol
Yeah, looks like a Banshee to me.
I believe it’s a tishee, blasted
Do they run Tishee the way that Luftverk does the 000? Wait around and eventually YYE will get a restock? I’ve had my eye on a few different TIs, but every time I think I know which one to get, I hear about another one that I can’t find (today it was Wisteria).
The TiShee was a once-and-done thing, if I’m not mistaken. The only way to get one now is off a BST.
It’s a blasted Tishee
For what it’s worth, like 99% of all yoyos I’ve purchased were over bst. Its helped me try a ton and some of those that just hit the right spot dont get reruns
Thanks. I’m trying to keep up with some of the new releases and also try the legends that aren’t extremely rare.
Mk1xSW proto.
Can you get me a profile shot?
Sure, just tagged you in another thread.
Just got one ordered today glad to see that profile shot looks great
The Peak in the foreground was a brown and red fool’s gold Peak (2nd run) that I had circa 2013 and polished the rims. Then I sent it to Gruntbull for anodizing in this two-tone green. I had to let it go at some point. Eventually it ended up for awhile with the Yoyobrothers who dubbed it ‘poison ivy’ Peak. And now, thanks so much, @hejjafish, I’m so glad to have it back, like the return of an old friend. It plays exactly how I remembered it - quite solid feeling compared to other 2nd runs I had, and with the same vibe (maybe even the same bearing!.. I was putting center tracs in my Peaks for a bit). The original intention with the custom ano was to go for the look of that 3rd run Peak in the photo but we went in a different direction, and, eventually I was lucky to get a green 3rd run anyways.
