Not true. You are actually replying to the post you want to reply to, it’s just that the reply thing at the side doesn’t show up because your post is immediately after the post you’re replying to, so the forum thinks it’s obvious that your post is replying to the post above yours and doesn’t show the reply thing at the side.
For an example, look at my post right above this one.
I can guarantee that @Anti_HeRo will receive a notification for my reply to his post despite the reply thing not showing up and a separate one for an @ in this post. @Anti_HeRo if you would post a screenshot of your notifications that would be great.
