I took a food allergy test and cut out everything in the the moderate range or high end of mild. Made an enormous difference! Highly recommend. I’ve come to realize most skin stuff is likely diet related. There were several things in the moderate range that I had no idea I was allergic to.
i should probably do the same. a buddy of mine has psoraisis so bad his whole arm at one point was a giant flake. he ended up changing his entire diet to a special anti-inflamatory diet and his psoriasis has nearly gone away. to be honest, its not bad enough for me to feel the need to do something that drastic, but a simple allergy test could help me find triggers. thanks for this one man
I found that Shrimp contains blockers for psoriasis.
Man i love shrimp.
i also love shrimp, its my favorite vegetable (family inside joke from when i was VERY little lolol)
Love the Deeper State. I play mine with a heavily lubed full size bearing and thick nylon string.

I strung up three recent pickups last night and this is mostly to point out which strings I had that worked best with each:
-
The red/yellow fat string that came with the RCS Deluge was a little too grabby and I got a few axle knots, so I switched to a thinner bulk poly (Yoyogarden “normal”) that’s comparable in thickness to Kitty FC fat and all is good now.
-
and 3. A-RT Sparrow and Garik were both a little grabby with that same bulk string so I put on a very slightly thinner string, OT Normal, on both and they’re perfect now as well.
I basically always travel with my Freehand One. It’s a good all rounder and I wouldn’t be upset if I had to replace it.
For a moment I thought it was the Duracell throw bro!! looks cool tho
Haha. It’ll come with a pink bunny straight from a marching band.
Holy carp, I think I figured out which colourway I’m getting from the next Kanto run
