I kind of like unresponsive plastic though. Especially hybrids but even just a whip it’s nearly indestructible so I can toss it around give it to a kid it won’t get all dinged up and best of all it’s already got vibe not much else I can add.

I want to agree with ya on the underrated part but the more I throw the RoadRunner the more I actually dislike it lol. It’s got this overly hefty rock feel to me for its size (not like the GOAT Dv888s rock feel) and it just doesn’t seem to have enough power for some of the more harder tricks/combos I’ve been learning (could be a skill issue). It is though the best Yoyo I have for grinds bar none, thing will sit on your finger for a good 5 or more seconds lol

I went back and forth on it for a while. The narrow gap was my main gripe with it originally but I appreciate the tight binds now.
I’ve been using it to try and get better at 5A and I still kinda suck but it just seems better suited for the style than everything else I have. Since playing it more for 5A, it has been growing on me and now I use it more for 1A because I like how it feels, it does grinds insanely well, and handles my mediocre trickset well enough. Also, I can usually pick an axle knot with just my fingers.

I’ve wanted to try the Orochi. Can’t find much about it, but it’s intriguing. Wonder how it compares to something like a Batsquatch.

This yoyo spins right through wall contact, on long combos, better than any other yoyo I’ve tried. The spinning response wall is not a gimmick, it noticably improves my spin time while doing my usual stuff better than any other yoyo I’ve tried. Plus, 6068 with stainless steel rims, for 89.99 is an unbeatable deal for value. Also, looks great. Here’s mine
Designers, please explore this spinning response system with some other designs, it’s genius.
