One of my other lifelong hobbies, apart from yoyo, is aquariums! I’ve kept dozens of different aquariums over the years. I’ve been enamored with saltwater reef keeping, specifically, for the last 15-ish years.
One of my favorite creatures I ever had the honor of caring for was a Sea Apple! This splash is inspired by their colors

Do the flat caps only come in grey, or are there other colors? Got any close up pics of them?

had an 80 gal reef tank for the longest! so fun! we used to propogate the soft corals and once we got the new ones established we traded the aquarium shop for new corals. great fun way to fill out and diversify and it was such a fun process to watch

Some colors come with black, some with grey, and one colorway even has a unique engraving on black!
Awesome!!! I’ve a had a few over the years, ranging from 2.5 gal all the way to 150 gallons at the largest, so far. I even worked for a local aquarium store (not a pet store!) for a year or 2 during college.
Here’s a recent shot of our current 20 gallon. This reef is going on… 6 years now? Most the coral colonies have been with us since it’s early days

Very nice. It’s been quite a few years since I’ve had my reef set up… or any tank for that matter. I still have everything though. Maybe one day.

I’ve been meaning to setup a shrimp tank again. I used to keep one at my last office, a little 5-gallon thing with Amano and Cherry shrimp.
