It’s only expensive if you pay someone to do it, which is not a necessity, it would just be the most expedient route. Discourse is open source, you use OpenSuse so you know what that means; there’s nothing stopping someone with the knowhow and motivation from developing said plugin.
I mean personally I agree the feedback threads work fine, they worked fine over on TheYo and have worked here too.
I’m just saying it would be possible and an improvement.
I used to have over 150+ positive feedback marks on my account here and I was super sad when all of it basically vanished into thin air. I think I speak for many when I say I feel bringing that feature back as well as all of our lost feedback would be amazing and very welcomed

It’s late, past midnight where I am, I should probably just try harder to fall asleep but I am still thinking about this situation. I think it’s time to give my final thoughts on it and just move on.
I’m not going to seek some kind of retribution or justice against… what ever their actual name really is. They clearly have some kind of problem, be it a malicious one or not, I don’t know their story. They clearly needed the $70 more than I did, because I was buying a toy for myself. I was giving them time thinking maybe they just needed to wait till payday, that’s why I initially made this post.
I am struggling a bit financially, that’s why I sold my “toy car”, but I was treating myself with some of that money, so it was money I was willing to “lose”. I don’t gamble, but there you go. I’m not missing bills, or in danger of going hungry or homeless, but times are tight enough, that I can appreciate the desperation of someone needing to steal. Wanting to or out malice? I don’t know about that, but those people do exist. Many people have said they have had good transactions with this mystery cryptid of YYE, my first was… less than ideal and that’s all I can judge them on.
I hope the $70 was worth it for them.
For me, it has led to a few insightful, thoughtful, frustrating discussions, some reflection on my own habits, and some really heart warming moments this week.
I guess it was money well spent in the end.
That said, you scam me again and I’m coming for you.
Agree with this, it would also be nice if I could see my messages from 2014 so I could figure out who I traded my fools gold glacier express to… biggest regret of my yoyo life
