Just to clear up any confusion, what the stats section of that page does say (as of today, anyway) is this
Active Users in the last 7 days → 303
Active Users in the last 30 days → 516
Those should be fairly accurate! You can think of it this way:
About 300 users check in once a week, or more
About 515 users check in once a month, or more
If you want to see who the addicts are, view users by quarter and sort by days visited 
I’ll leave finding that as an exercise for the reader, but hint, it’s in the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the upper right.

I’m pretty high up there, cool! Hadn’t come across this collection of data yet on the forum.
I was totally active until I was inactive, now I actively act as if I’m active, while being inactive. That’s just the way noisy lurkers do it.

Is that total logins or total individual logins? Makes a difference.

It’s individual users who touched the site as logged in users during that time interval.
