What’s the advantage of 7075?

It’s denser/harder.
This allows you to make thinner walls and thus move more weight where you want it (often the rims). It accepts blast media and ano differently (which is a disadvantage OR an advantage if you understand how to approach the metal), and is more resistant to dings.

yup
Also there are some 7075 Chiefs that were made if I remember correctly
Same with the summits but just not in stock right now. I would list a much larger list with enough time. The werrd hour was one of the cheapest 7075 throws but also out of stock currently.
