I am very impressed with the Ti-Vayder, and surprised that this shape and material could make a yo-yo feel so light. This might be just in my mind but I feel lighter playing with this yo-yo lol. It is glass smooth and I think I am able to feel how it is harder than aluminum maybe due to sound resonance? Whatever it is it makes my 6061 Al yo-yo feel like a piece of spinning playdough in comparison lol. I thought it would play like a YYF Skyline given its shape, but I would say it plays very differently. The Skyline has more weight in the rims where the Ti-Vayder has more of a uniform rim wall width in comparison, making the Vayder feel floatier and lighter.
I noticed its superior quality when I showed up to YoYoClub with a bunch of yo-yos, surrounded by other people’s yo-yos, and I kept returning to the Ti-Vayder after throwing all the other ones. I ended the session with the Vayder in my hand ~50% of the time. This was also why I bought it, so others could also try an anodized glossy Ti-Walker. Definitely one of my favourites.
As Tony Sung from YoYoClub said about titanium yo-yos in general (while throwing the Vader), ‘it’s like playing with a bird’

Hello, first post. 138 checking in. I wanted to create an account to thank all involved for making this possible. It was really cool to see this project evolve to completion. I really love the yoyo. It’s too soon to tell for sure but I expect the Ti-Vayder will become a favorite for me.
