346 here. If you flip it upside down, it kinda looks like ‘OnE’, which is the exact number of championships the Raptors have won. So, that’s cool.
What’s even cooler-
If you turn it sideways and squint really hard while doing a cartwheel it looks like it says may the force be with broccoli
Wow that sucks man. Mine is probably the smoothest yoyo I’ve ever used
I messed with my axle and swapped the bearing so now mine’s smooth lol
Can’t go wrong.
Yeah I wonder if people are getting rougher bearings and calling that “not smooth”? Worth a shot to swap.
Yep, I locktighted my axel and fine tuned the vibe out. It’s about 9.5/10 smooth. Just fingernail vibe, no string vibe.
I did have a problem with the bearing. It started playing tug responsive, so I cleaned it in acetone, which fixed it.
Unlubed gives the yoyo this very distinct subtle grainy ring. It’s such a pleasant sound, reminds me of the distortion of sound of something you’d hear underwater.
That is truely an interesting definition of 9.5/10 smooth.
Is the term “General-Yo smooth” still a term kids use? Or did that go away years ago lol.
I’m really hoping this thing is smooth when it gets here.
I will say… I was able to tune the Flying Hutt, so tuning shouldn’t be an issue
(Anyone remember how god awful the Hutt was if the axle was half a thread too far on either side. )
Both of mine, black and raw, are general yo smooth
I think “One Drop smooth” is the prevailing term.
Both my raw and grey are really smooth. I can only detect a slight nail vibe, which is about as smooth as it generally gets.
I still use general yo smooth because I’m a general yo fanboy
Happy 10 year YYE anniversary @hobbygod!
Thanks for all the great content!!!
Haha thank you! Glad you enjoy it
Happy 10 years man!
My bearing also came dirty so I’m doing some yoyo maintenance today and see if it will help with the vibe.
Thank you!
Weird, dirty like how? Responsive?
Not really responsive but it’s loud and sounds grindy
I had a weird issue where mine started playing responsive the 2nd day I had it. Replaced bearing and it’s fine now - not sure what happened.
