Dude when I was learning the 2.0 hook ( nothing compared to a 4.5 congrats!!! ) I spent like 2 days straight just hyper focused on it.
My man, my shoulder. I honestly thought I was going to have to go to a Dr lol
One week into 5A and just started landing bee sting (jeez, my knuckles hurt already)!

Nah not too bad with this one actually bc the timing is pretty easy to get out of the way if it does snag plus it’s a plastic Yoyo and those aren’t too bad. I hurt my hand way way worse doing this bind yesterday.
