Tech yoyos

Hey people of the internet!
What are the qualities of a good tech yoyo?
I have a Edge FS 2.0, and I’m wondering what would be a better tech yoyo.
(And can someone explain what kind of yoyo the Edge FS is too?)
Can yall help me out with this one?

Thanks!

Best tech yoyo ever that I own is the Unprld - Su1 so good that is crazy to think it’s real, I use it everyday!

Thanks, but that’s a bit too expensive… Lol.

You can look for yoyos that are a bit heavy and a bit narrow in gap, usually those yoyos are super stable and very easy to move around the strings and it makes them great for tech

You want something in the 42-43mm width range on the heavier side for stability. On a Budget get a St. Elmo, the most affordable TP.

Mowl Infiltrate would also be a fun choice and currently in stock in the US.

OK, thanks!

Thanks dude… Still a bit much for the time being.
Are there any budget tech yoyos? (up to $60)
And thanks for answering me.

I think the Topyo Colossus R fits your bill pretty well. It plays pretty heavy and has a good width for tech. Some sellers have it around $45.

(Dude I watch you on YT)
Thanks, I’m gonna def. check that out!

The Godfather of Tech Jordan Cooper uses this Magic Yo-Yo these days, you don’t have to break the bank

Sorry, that’s a different person. You’re thinking of yoyojoe1 not yoyojoe.

One more option is the rockstar. I tried it at club and it was good. Fits the bill for what people usually mean when they say “tech” yoyo. You can do tech with any yoyo really but uh yeah the weight will help the yoyo stay spinning through long combos and the size isn’t so big that it will get caught up in dense string formations.
