It’s not a contest. Anyone can send in a design and it will be out on the website. And yes, I get a fixed $ per sale.

I did not find any place to vote for a specific person’s art. What I saw was the info about how anyone can get their art engraved on a California yoyo - for a one-shot / personal yoyo. Please post a link if I missed something.

You should post 3-4 (or more) pieces of your art so people would have more of an idea of what you do. I’d like to see it. Or a link if you have an art website.
