I would legit be SLAUGHTERED by my wife if I impulse bought anything over 100$ I’ve still yet to tell her just how much I’ve spent on Yo-yos since I started collecting/playing in April 
out of fear of what will happen to me if I do tell her the $ amount
In all seriousness I’ve been juggling the idea of grabbing my first Ti throw , I usually can afford to spend about 100$ CAD every paycheque and have seriously been considering just holding off for 3 paycheques and just getting one
Would you suggest buying a Ti throw to someone as “new” to collecting as I am ?

No, you have to get a magnesium throw before you graduate to titanium… In all seriousness, buy what you want and can afford. No reason to hold yourself back because you think you are too new.
