My slimline collection in chronological acquisition order. Spanning circa 1970 to 107 days ago. Pretty much my entire current yo-yo collection with exception of NIB throws. Quite the insignificant collection, but the Duncan Imperial required my entire savings (probably about $1.29). Likely why I still have it.

I find myself taking this Deep State everywhere I go – I’d like to grab another one in the Dragonslayer colorway if/when YoYoExpert gets more :grimacing:

There are some slim lines that are really on the border… but i figure if the manufacturer claims it as a slim line then let’s throw it!

Las Vegas Nights. A well loved FORTE by MFD

Patina check on my Copper Theodore coming in <40mm at 38mm slim. I’ve had a few friends not follow Spencer’s recommendations, but I’ve been steadfast and my patience have really paid off in both enjoyment and progression.

That’s beautiful how much does it weigh?

70 grams and its intended to play responsive. My initial thoughts still hold true

"The Theodore is intense, out of the box, Shoot the Moons to Spirit Bombs in consecutive throws. Its a surreal experience to play, as if all of my playing hours have been training me to shred on this throw, an instant level up. "

If I were to truly only have one, this would be a top candidate as it is so capable on so many levels of Yo! Spencer Berry has been on another level for the last 20 years and this is a colimitation of what he thinks a yo-yo should be.

70 gram responsive sounds super intense lol

I think slimline should be defined by the ratio of Diameter to Width. Not sure what the ratio is but I too don’t think of Panorama, and the like, as slimline.

I was intending to throw responsive only for September so I guess I’m also unintentionally doing this too. Not pictured is the Sliver I have as an out if do just want to play unresponsive.

Found this interesting box outside in a larger box of free things! (Initiators to the top, freehand one in the middle, Spinworthy Butterfly Shaped Yoyo bottom left and OutofHand Burner bottom right).

Don’t know why but I had about 1.5 in the head. Panorama is close. Maybe it’s closer to 1.666. Slimline can be evil!

I wish I would have put mine in order like that now. Great idea. I think I’m going to pull out my entire collection plus all the stuff I gave my son from my old stuff and do this. It should make for a fun picture. 1986ish to present. Not quite a hundred I think.

Throwing my Big Fun Butterfly today. It has a tendency to explode when dropped, so maybe I should pause working on Red Windmill for today…

Big fun seems like a big stretch in the slim world. But it’s a big fun throw. Love the CW match.

Fixed Tangerine by TK and unresponsive el MiJo for today.

Any wait for my ILYY black belt to come in. I’ve been on a big slimline and undersized kick lately. Got the black cannon and steel shutter coming in soon
