what does the size c bearing do
It fits in yoyos that take the Size C or Large Bearing.
Some people like a large bearing © and some people like a small bearing (A). There is also a bearing in-between them (D).
I prefer A, because I play 5A and small bearing bind very tightly.
A lot of people like large bearings because they can handle a lot of string layers without slowing down.

does it fit on other yoyo brand yoyos like YYF yoyos.
If they are large bearing yoyos.
it will tell you the if the bearing is csize ,asize, or dsize in the specs of the yoyo on this site
Size D is in between??? I always thought size D was larger… ermf… You know, in alphabetical order… but I never had size D. Weird. What about size B then?
