hi i need some help on wether i should get a fhz wut h the only intention of silli recessing it but im afraid that ill throw twenty dollars down the drain by messing up so will some tell me what supplies i need to do it properly easily or if i should drop the idea all together

Yes, it is a very good idea. I have done it and it makes it much much better. You can mess it up, but if you are careful, then it should be fine. Here is a video.
