Might be worth reaching out to Mark to see if he’s got a feel for how litigious the estate might be. Worst case, he doesn’t know and nothing changes, best case, he can get you in contact with someone

Marketing standpoint, delrin is the “Gan” and the new jive metal is the “Dalf,” then you have to get them both to really complete the lore, and the naming is still separated. 
I still like The G personally.

Either way “Gand” and “Alf” would be off the table, because the Alf might try and eat your cats. Some will get that reference.
At least we haven’t pushed for Dilf yet, that brings a whole new slew of problems.

Yeah I have strong anxiety against dealing with any kind of estate, lawyers, government agency etc. around my “business”. If I could get away with making these yo-yos with zero business license and just not making a profit I would 
like I just want to make some yo-yos that I couldn’t 3d print and nobody else was making. I tried to set this up as a nonprofit and the rules were overwhelming so I’m just a business that tries to break even or less. Lurking in the shadows trying to avoid being perceived.
