I’m planning to buy either a shutter or logic (b grade) help me know which is better
Logic is a bimetal, it should give you more stability and longer spin times than a monometal, wich the shutter is. I would go for the Logic, but with a b grade it depends what exactly is “wrong” with it.
Like Amon stated, in terms of pure performance, Logic wins, but it’s important to know what makes it B-grade, vibe? Anno flaws?
I also recommend, when looking for a Shutter, consult the BST first. Here’s one that’s in great condition for $15. Gentleman just wants them gone, that’s why it’s so low.
Also, for what it’s worth, monometals are more durable. One good whack with a bimetal and it could get a nasty vibe
I’m trying to get rid of my shutter and atlas to make space in my collection. I’ll sell them as a bundle for $15 if you’d like. The shutter is pretty versatile and very durable and you really can’t go wrong with it. I sent you a PM btw.
It makes an EXCELLENT beater throw
I’ve been wanting to ask, how does a Shutter compare to a Throwback Canon? I get that the shapes are vastly different, but the specs are very similar, and your comment on the Shutter being a great beater has got me wondering, since the same can be said for the Canon
Hmm, not sure as I have not played a Cannon
Crud, it’s the other way around for me. We have a conundrum
Does this mean we trade? Lol
They both are good yoyo’s (got rid of my canon) but the shutter just has that “pro feel” a lot of us watched Gentry go super saiyan with it and had to grab one lol.
But as for a beater, it holds up nicely. When my nieces come over I let them play it and the dings echo through the neighborhood. But I think for the most part any monometal if build correct should hold up as a beater good examples would be myy n12 and shellyoyo 001 mono
I mean, I’m not at all opposed to it, lol
